The restaurant currently offers authentic Roman cuisine and has built up an excellent reputation; however the premises would lend themselves to all styles of catering including a wine bar. The current owners choose to trade for only 4 evenings a week, Wednesday through to Saturday, therefore offering huge potential to expand into the morning coffee and lunchtime trade. The restaurant spaciously seats 36 however this could easily be increased to 40 plus.
