The three coastal resorts of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham together form the Borough of Torbay which is popularly known as The English Riviera. Brixham, at the south of Torbay, is a holiday resort in its own right and also an important fishing port with a colourful and busy harbour. Faithful is moored on Brixham marina which is sheltered and tranquil. Faithful’s berth is on an outer pontoon which allows for panoramic views across the harbour and bay and the opportunity to watch the activity of a busy marina and fishing port. You may also be luckily enough to have a visit from the resident seal ‘Sammy’!
Faithful is a beautifully restored 58ft MFV (Modern Fishing Vessel) built by Seahouses Boatyard, Northumberland in 1965. She began life as a fishing boat but in more recent years she has offered guests a very different style of holiday accommodation. Her current owners choose to offer static breaks only. The boat is fully equipped with galley, large salon with dining table, spacious double cabin, shower room and separate W.C. The covered aft deck provides a delightful setting in which to relax and enjoy this idyllic location. Available throughout the year, Faithful is also fitted with a central heating system providing a warm and cosy atmosphere for guests during the colder winter months.
