Sidmouth is a beautiful coastal town with a regency feel which is ideal for visitors of all ages. Located in the centre of the East Devon’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Sidmouth is home to spectacular countryside, beautiful beaches and stylish eating establishments with a wide selection of national and independent retailers. The town is well supported by public transport and is only 10 miles from Junction 30 on the M5. There are frequent coach, bus and train services available from Exeter. Sidmouth offers not only a beautiful place to relax, but also boasts the South West Coastal Path running to the East of the town and the renowned Jurassic Coast on its doorstep. The town also offers many National Trust attractions including Byes Park, just a few metres from Willow Bridge Guest House. Willow Bridge is situated on a corner plot and set within beautifully appointed mature gardens overlooking the River Sid; a beautiful location within walking distance of the seafront, beach, town centre and local amenities including the cinema, gardens, restaurants and theatre.

Willow Bridge is a four star Guest House which provides six letting rooms and comfortable owners accommodation. Under the current ownership, the premises have undergone a refurbishment programme which has included a new roof, an extension to the owner’s accommodation and refurbishment of the guest rooms. The property is presented to a high standard and the award winning cottage garden provides a relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy the tranquillity. Willow Bridge currently trades for eight months of the year, however, there is evidence to show that the guest house could extend its trading period to include the shoulder months of the season. The business is operated by one of the owners with assistance from his wife and two part time staff. Breakfast is served in the dining room with all meals freshly prepared using fresh local produce where possible. The guests have a choice of a full English breakfast with a vegetarian option, fruit juices, cereals, toast, pastries and a selection of teas and coffee. The present owners do not offer an evening meal, however the next owners may wish to introduce this. The six rooms are comfortably furnished with TV’s, complimentary tea and coffee trays and hair dryers as standard. Guests can choose between twin or double rooms with ensuite shower rooms, including a superior ensuite with king size bed. One guest room has access to a separate private bathroom for its exclusive use, the owners provide complimentary bathrobes for the guests. Willows Bridge also benefits from onsite parking for 8 cars. Although the property is currently set out as a guest house it would lend itself to a sizable family home or a home and income opportunity.
