The South Devon Chilli Farm is situated approximately 1 mile north east of Loddiswell, less than 5 miles north of Kingsbridge and 11 miles south west of Totnes in the beautiful South Hams area of Devon. Surrounded by rolling countryside, the Farm has easy access to the A38 Plymouth to Exeter link road and is less than a 15-minute drive to various South Hams coastal resorts such as Hope Cove, Salcombe and the beautiful beaches of Bantham, Bigbury and Gara Rock. The South Hams is a particularly popular, year round ‘hot spot’ for tourism in the South West with the B3196 being the main route into the heart of the South Hams.

The South Devon Chilli Farm is situated on the B3196 from Kingsbridge to the A38, identified by prominent signage. From the north (A38) the Farm is approached by exiting the southbound carriageway at the junction sign posted to Modbury, following signs to Loddiswell. For Sat Nav the postcode is TQ7 4DX or Wigford Cross.

The South Devon Chilli Farm is a unique business established in 2001, having grown from a hobby to a serious business with a significant turnover and employing 9 members of staff. The business now combines full time growing, manufacturing and retailing with a thriving online and wholesale trade, supplemented by sales from the onsite farm shop and cafe. The limited company was formed in 2004 when the business moved to the current site. A production kitchen and warehouse/storage facility was built and 6 polytunnels introduced. In 2011, the barn was extended to provide the current farm shop and café, introducing another dimension to the business which has been extremely successful. In 2014, another 2 polytunnels were added to the main site.

The business is owned by 4 directors whom, after 20 years, have decided the time is right to retire and bring the South Devon Chilli Farm to the market - a completely unique opportunity for any entrepreneurs or ‘relocators/lifestylers’ looking for a change of direction. The business is extremely profitable and further information will be given to bona fide interested parties, following a formal viewing arranged through the Sole Selling Agents, Bettesworths.
