The Quay, Poole comprises a ground floor premises of approximately 4,000 sq ft (370 sq ft) which has recently been subject to a comprehensive and full program of internal/external refurbishment and refit to create a fantastic restaurant (with extensive kitchen and ancillary areas) in the inimitable style of the Rockfish brand.
The restaurant caters for 90 diners at any time. The large kitchen and servery is open to restaurant area (as is the bar) giving diners a sense of engagement and entertainment. The remainder of the refurbishment has created a clean, smart but relaxed environment, which as proven enormously successful for Rockfish in its other existing locations.
Subject to consent, the tenant intends to add further alfresco dining covers to the front of the property with an attractive branded canopy and prominent metal artistic fish sculpture installation above the entrance, to make the most out of the visible location and sunny south facing aspect of the property.
